100% Embroidered Patches
Custom embroidered patches come in three basic varieties – 50%, 75% and 100% embroidered. The number refers to the percentage of the twill backing that is covered in embroidery thread. On a 100% embroidered patch, the entire surface of the patch is covered with the text and/or art. This style offers the most customization possible on the patch, and allows for clear, legible text and vivid designs. Once you approve the art, your order is processed, manufactured and shipped in approximately 14 days.
